Research in the Keesing Lab focuses primarily on the ecology of infectious diseases, particularly within the context of changes to ecological communities. Undergraduate students in the lab have studied everything from slime molds to garlic mustard to microbiomes, using experiments, long-term monitoring, and modeling.
